The Home Office of Oasis Senior Advisors Franchise Systems, LLC is currently recruiting individuals to serve as Communication Support Specialists for our inbound call center. Ideal candidates will serve as liaisons between our company franchisees and their current/potential clients. Candidates must be able to successfully:
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls in a timely manner
- Demonstrate excellent customer services skills while remaining polite and professional at all times
- Adhere to call center scripts when conversing with clients
- Document client information, communication and follow-up details within our software system and in a comprehensible manner
- Create and maintain client profiles and accounts in a comprehensible manner
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and client confidentiality requirements
- Professional telephone etiquette with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to listen, understand and make effective decisions
- Ability to multitask, follow procedures and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail, dependability and follow through
- Proficient computer and data entry skills
- A minimum of one year of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Background that supports consistent employment and job stability
- Willingness to learn and has a passion for helping people
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in a growing organization
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Excellent attendance record
- High school diploma; some college preferred
- Must be able to attend in person 1-2 week training and meetings as needed in our office
Home Based Program:
- Operators will work from home with minimal in-office time required
- Computer and phone equipment and software provided
Part-time, hourly position
